My interest in Bullmastiffs has begun in 1986. A rare breed, very rare in Italy at those times. A few books, no monograph, just the standard.
I bred German Shepherds for years and it was in 1986 that I owned a female bullmastiff named Bimba. She wasnt a young dog but she became an element of great importance at our home. Many other dogs lived with us and each and everyone of them were very beloved, but Bimba was so different, and she aroused a great enthusiasm in me winning my heart and soul. Her temperament, which is the characteristic of the breed, captured me and it was because of her that I started breeding Bullmastiffs.

Bimba wasn't a real beauty but she was a real Bullmastiff. She was bred to the International and Italian Ch. Bullo della Quaderna, owned by della Quaderna Kennel of Mr. R. Olmeda.

Thanks to this I had the first litter: Milli, Molli, Meggi, Mina, and Muro del Brancaleone and the first contacts with other breeders.

I imported two Bullmastiffs from UK, Flossie and Florian Colom and thanks to Mr. E. Pau, I owned a female from the French kennel d'Orabel and at the same time I got a dog from Switzerland.

Since then I have been breeding Bullmastiffs with the same feeling and enthusiasm.
